Job summary

Seargin is seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Site Support IT Specialist to provide hands-on IT support at a manufacturing site. You will be the local IT point of contact, troubleshooting technical issues and coordinating with central IT teams.

Key requirements include Windows OS proficiency, basic networking, Microsoft 365/Azure AD experience, and hardware troubleshooting. You will work onsite in an international environment with a proactive, service-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of Windows OS and IT systems administration.
• Basic understanding of networking, including VLAN concepts.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure / Azure Active Directory, and end-user support.
• Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting and onsite IT activities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, problem-solving, and service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in an international environment.
• Valid driving licence.
• Willingness to work onsite in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for IT and business-related matters at the local site.
• Provide onsite technical support to end users and resolve IT incidents.
• Troubleshoot Windows clients, hardware, printers, network connectivity, and related issues.
• Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow.
• Coordinate with the central Service Desk and regional IT teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Support Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and corporate IT infrastructure.
• Assist with manufacturing-related systems, including MES and production devices.
• Support local business stakeholders in identifying IT needs and translating them into service requests.
• Manage local IT priorities independently while following established IT processes and standards.
• Serve as a local IT ambassador, maintaining strong relationships with production teams and site management.
