You will provide on-site technical support for desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals; install and maintain desktop OS and applications; troubleshoot issues; set up meeting tech (AV, network, Zoom/Teams) and support meetings in real time.

This full-time, fixed-term role starts in 11/2026 and requires a STEM background; on-the-job IT training

Qualifications

• STEM educational background required.
• On-the-job IT training provided.
• Video editing skills are required.
• Knowledge in technical support for desktop computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Understanding of network architecture and security principles.
• High level of commitment, initiative and independent work organization.
• Good work attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsabilités

• Provide on-site technical support for desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems and applications.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide timely resolution.
• Technical preparation and equipment setup for meetings (AV, network, Zoom/Teams).
• Meeting execution and real-time technical support during meetings.
• Maintain all infrastructure environments including meeting rooms, server rooms, IT platforms, etc.
• Inspect server room and meeting room daily.
• Manage and maintain servers, network devices, and storage systems.
• Monitor system performance and perform tuning and optimization.
• Support Network Core, Firewalls, Switches, Routers, VPNs, and Wireless access points.
• Monitor IT platform and network quality, troubleshoot, test and repair.
