Job summary

Astreya is seeking a Desktop Support engineer to provide onsite support across office and factory environments, handling break/fix, deployments, and device care for laptops, rugged factory devices, printers, scanners and A/V systems.

You will work within ITSM processes, leveraging SCCM, Nexthink and IT Shop to restore services quickly, with strong Windows troubleshooting and basic networking skills driving outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of onsite desktop support experience.
• Strong Windows troubleshooting skills and basic networking.
• Experience with ITSM incident/request handling and deployments.
• Ability to create SOPs and knowledge articles.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on onsite support for laptops, desktops and factory devices.
• Support printers, handheld scanners and conference room A/V systems.
• Monitor queues and route tickets in ITSM tooling.
• Perform incident management and root cause analysis.
• Document runbooks and knowledge articles.
• Use SCCM, Nexthink for endpoint visibility and efficiency.
