Hôtel Le Tremplin in Morzine, the French Alps, seeks a dedicated Night Porter to ensure a warm welcome, guest safety and smooth hotel operations overnight. You will manage late arrivals, handle payments, and monitor the property to maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel reception experience is advantageous.
• Confident using IT systems and hotel property management software (Mews advantage).
• Strong administrative and financial management skills.
• Ability to work alone and make sound decisions.
• Knowledge of security, evacuation and incident management procedures.
• Experience cleaning and maintaining premises, ideally in hospitality or catering.
• Good knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Fluent French is required; English is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests during the night, manage late arrivals and early departures.
• Handle payments, invoicing and end-of-day closing procedures.
• Monitor the property throughout the night and ensure guest safety.
• Carry out nightly security patrols and closing procedures.
• Report issues to management and provide a thorough handover to day teams.
