Alma is hiring for a Merchant Activation role based in Paris. You will own mid-market onboarding for France, coordinating onboarding, training delivery, and 3-month performance tracking.

You will also deploy and train networks in Italy and Spain, delivering sessions in Italian and/or Spanish and coordinating deployments across markets. You will gather field feedback, drive product improvements, and raise activation KPIs.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in customer success, project management, account management, or similar client-facing role.
• Fluent in French, English, Italian and Spanish—top priority for training in-store teams.

Responsabilités

• Own mid-market onboarding in France; manage end-to-end onboarding of mid-market accounts and track performance for the first 3 months.
• Deploy and train retail networks in Italy and Spain; conduct training sessions in Italian and/or Spanish for in-store teams.
• Gather product feedback from in-store staff across markets and relay insights to Product and relevant teams.
