Scalapay is seeking an In-Store Operations Intern based in Paris for a 6-month period. You will ensure smooth activations with in-store merchants, support post-sales activities, and collaborate with Sales, Account, and Product teams to meet high-quality standards.

A two-week training session will occur at our Milan Headquarters, with some future travel to Milan every six weeks. You will be the main contact for technical and operational matters during merchant integrations, driving improvements

Qualifications

Native or near-native French and English required (C1-C2).
Analytical mindset; proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools.
Driver's license required.

Responsabilités

Collaborate with Sales, Account, and Product teams to ensure timely delivery of in-store activations and merchant integrations.
Support merchants during and after Scalapay integration into their stores; provide merchant support and success.
Coordinate with Merchant Support to implement new processes and improve post-sales workflows.
Manage in-store marketing initiatives and communicate with merchants via phone and email.
Assist with onboarding and training of merchants on Scalapay usage and selling techniques.
