ixolabs.ai seeks US-based professionals with ICD-10 coding expertise and CDI experience for remote, paid IXO expert work. You will review clinical records and generated notes for correct coding across languages, annotating discrepancies and providing structured explanations.

Applicants should hold CCDS/CHC/CCS/CPC certifications, and be fluent in English and another language at C1 level, with at least ten hours per week available.

Professional background

You must be US-based, currently working in coding, CDI or closely related documentation work, and experienced with ICD-10. Hold an active CCDS, CHC, CCS or CPC certification. English plus C1-level speaking, listening and writing in another language is required, along with at least ten hours weekly.

Additional qualifications such as CDIP or CRC, Epic proficiency, HCC/risk-adjustment work and successful AI annotation or evaluation are preferred.

Working arrangements

This is remote, paid IXO expert work. Agree the specific task brief, permitted materials, outputs and working schedule with IXO before starting. Any commitment or duration described in a practice profile is an indicative planning requirement for that route, subject to that agreement.

Pay

• $50
• $70/hr USD. The applicable rate is agreed for the work and professional track before you begin.
