ixolabs.ai seeks US-based professionals with ICD-10 coding expertise and CDI experience for remote, paid IXO expert work. You will review clinical records and generated notes for correct coding across languages, annotating discrepancies and providing structured explanations.

Applicants should hold CCDS/CHC/CCS/CPC certifications, and be fluent in English and another language at C1 level, with at least ten hours per week available.

Qualifications

• US-based coder, CDI or related documentation professional with ICD-10 experience.
• Active CCDS, CHC, CCS or CPC certification.
• English plus C1-level speaking/listening/writing in another language.
• At least ten hours weekly.

Responsabilités

• Check clinical records and generated notes for correct ICD-10 coding and documentation across languages.
• Annotate discrepancies and provide structured explanations; help clarify ambiguous annotation guidance.
• Improve documentation standards and guidance through feedback and examples.
• Review ICD-10 applications to ensure accurate and consistent coding.
