IXO Labs is seeking a Multilingual Outpatient Documentation Specialist to review clinical notes and create clear, faithful English documentation and a qualifying second language. You will check terminology, annotate errors, and explain corrections that preserve the encounter's facts and reasoning.

This is a remote, paid expert role. Requirements include US location, direct outpatient note-writing experience, English plus a qualifying language at C1 or higher, and a minimum of ten hours per week.

• English plus a qualifying language at C1 or higher speaking/listening/writing level.
• Minimum of ten hours weekly.

Responsabilités

• Review outpatient notes and create accurate English documentation.
• Annotate errors and explain corrections while preserving encounter facts and reasoning.
• Ensure terminology accuracy and completeness in the notes.
• Collaborate with IXO on task briefs and outputs.
