You will assist with inquiries, orders and accounts, delivering professional, personalized service and ensuring a positive experience from inquiry to resolution.

The role emphasizes thorough knowledge of products and procedures, proactive problem solving, and ongoing learning in the travel sector.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency required.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.
• Professional, detail-oriented, proactive and eager to grow in Travel.

• Provide friendly and professional customer support via phone, email, chat, and other channels.
