Job summary

Alma is seeking a Customer Care Officer to support merchants and consumers in the Netherlands from Lille, France, with two days of remote work per week. You will handle complex requests, guide users of Alma’s payment solutions, and contribute to improving operations through insightful feedback.

Weekend shifts may occur quarterly as part of a growing international team. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a diverse team across Europe to ensure exceptional customer

Responsibilities

• Handle complex requests from merchants and consumers via email and phone.
• Guide users in the use of Alma’s payment solutions and provide clear, helpful responses.
• Manage debt collection actions and follow up on payment delays.
• Ensure smooth onboarding of new merchants and help them implement the Alma solution.
• Identify recurring issues and share insights to improve processes and tools.
