Alma in Lille is hiring a Customer Care Officer to support merchants and consumers across the Netherlands. The role blends in-person and remote work, with two days of remote work per week, and occasional weekend shifts.

You will handle inquiries, resolve complex issues, and help optimize onboarding and operations while contributing to a high-quality customer experience in a fast-growing European team.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch, French and English (written and spoken).
