• Provide customer and merchant support via email and phone.
• Handle complex requests from merchants and consumers.
• Guide users in Alma payment solutions usage.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction with clear responses.
• Manage debt collection actions and follow-ups on delays.
• Onboard new merchants and support deployment of Alma solution.
• Monitor and resolve case issues efficiently.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
• Assist in onboarding and training of new team members.
