Job summary

Cozycozy, the travel metasearch platform, is seeking a Marketing Scientist to co‑own paid acquisition measurement across 50+ markets. You’ll design and run experiments, build marketing mix models, and guide budget allocation with founders and the Paid Acquisition Lead.

Strong SQL, Python, and causal inference are required; travel/large-scale search experience is a plus. You’ll work with dbt, Airflow/Dagster, and Metabase, building robust data foundations and enabling evidence‑based decisions in

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Data Science or quantitative analysis, including 2+ in marketing measurement.
• Strong SQL on a production warehouse and Python for analysis and modelling.
• Hands-on causal inference: diff-in-diff or synthetic control and power analyses.
• Fluency in marketing measurement, attribution, CAC/ROAS/LTV concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own experimentation culture: rigorous tests across the company to guide spend.
• Own Marketing Mix Modeling and attribution of searches to ads.
• Drive budget allocation decisions per market and channel.
