Job summary

SoftwareOne is seeking a Cloud Desk Operations Specialist in Montpellier. You will ensure provisioning of customer subscriptions with various Cloud Service Providers, collaborating with sales, operations and cloud teams, and with CSP partners and customers.

Role requires experience in cloud services, and a hybrid working arrangement. English and French at professional level, visa for France, and alignment with SoftwareOne values.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience in customer success within cloud services.
• Background in delivering IT solutions with Cloud providers.
• Strong collaboration with sales, operations and cloud teams.

Responsibilities

• Register and onboard new customers and activate subscription contracts with service providers.
• Deliver solutions and services while managing invoicing and providing customer support.
• Assist customers in optimizing and simplifying cloud service management.
• Train customers on ordering and billing tools.
• Coordinate service deployments with technical teams for complex solutions.
• Stay up to date with CSP offerings and provisioning platform updates.
