Job summary

SoftwareOne is seeking a Cloud Desk Operations Specialist in Montpellier to ensure provisioning of customer subscriptions across CSPs. You will collaborate with sales, operations and cloud teams, and work with CSP partners and customers to deliver services and support.

Join a hybrid role with professional English and French requirements, and help customers optimize cloud management while staying current with CSP offerings and provisioning platform updates.

As our new Cloud Desk Operations Specialist, your primary mission is to ensure the complete provisioning of customer subscriptions with various Cloud Service Providers (CSPs). Leveraging your expertise in cloud services, you will collaborate internally with sales, operations, and cloud teams, and externally with CSP partners and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Register and onboard new customers and activate subscription contracts with service providers
• Deliver solutions and services while managing invoicing and providing customer support
• Assist customers in optimizing and simplifying cloud service management
• Train customers on ordering and billing tools
• Coordinate service deployments with technical teams for complex solutions
