Job summary

AIRS Medical in South Germany is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive value for customers using SwiftMR. You will install, configure, and optimize MRI enhancements, train customers, and resolve performance issues while guiding channel partners and coordinating with global teams.

The role requires strong MRI expertise, English proficiency, German knowledge a plus, and willingness to travel across the DACH region and other EMEA locations. Work is remote with periodic travel.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree, radiographer qualification, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years as an MRI Application Specialist or Engineer with MRI protocol optimization experience.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure the MRI enhancement solution at new customer sites, optimizing MRI scan parameters.
• Provide comprehensive training to customers on product usage to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Address inquiries related to product performance and image quality.
• Educate channel partners on product installation and MRI parameter setups.
• Coordinate with Head of Customer Success and Business Development Managers on renewals and strategies.
• Align with Seoul HQ Product Operations for training and version rollout timelines.
