AIRS Medical is seeking a remote, client‑facing Technical Support Engineer to help deploy and support SwiftMR, a cloud-based AI MRI workflow solution. You will work with hospital IT teams and imaging departments to ensure smooth interoperability between MRI systems, PACS, and DICOM networks.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in healthcare IT support, strong TCP/IP and DICOM networking skills, and experience with Linux and imaging software.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a technical or application support role within healthcare IT.
• Proficiency with TCP/IP networking and DICOM networking.
• Experience with MRI systems, PACS, and imaging software.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Excellent communication, client-focused, and able to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Fluent in English, Italian and French (B1).
• Pro-active team player.

Responsabilités

• Configure and deploy healthcare imaging software in clinical environments.
• Provide primary technical resource for clients and resolve issues.
• Troubleshoot integration, connectivity, and PACS-related problems.
• Document implementation processes and troubleshooting guides.
• Coordinate SwiftMR integrations with potential customers.
