Job summary

Ateme is seeking a Solution Manager - Monetization to lead how OTT platforms, broadcasters, and content owners generate and optimize revenue from video offerings. You will focus on customer needs first, translating them into monetization solutions—from ad insertion to FAST channels—and work with Product Owners and R&D to ensure roadmap alignment.

You will shape monetization strategies, explore new markets, and empower sales teams with solutions that address real revenue challenges.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in OTT monetization, broadcasting, or video content platforms.
• Strong knowledge of dynamic ad insertion (DAI), FAST channels, and ad-supported workflows.
• Ability to translate customer revenue challenges into monetization solutions and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Define monetization strategies for OTT platforms and content owners.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and R&D to align roadmaps with market opportunities.
