Voodoo in Paris is seeking a Growth Strategy & Monetization Manager to own ad monetization across a portfolio of games and apps, combining strategic thinking with data-driven analysis to lift revenue from millions of daily users.

You will collaborate with engineering, product, UA, data and creative teams to optimize mediation, run A/B tests, and identify new monetization formats that balance yield with user experience and long-term growth.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree from a top engineering or business school.
• 3–6 years of experience in a fast-paced environment (start-up, strategy consulting, investment banking).
• Fluent in English and French; curious and analytical with impact-driven mindset.
• Nice to have: ability to run SQL queries; experience in gaming or performance marketing.

Responsabilidades

• Own ad monetization performance across a portfolio of games and apps.
• Analyze revenue drivers (ARPDAU, fill rate, eCPM, LTV, ad engagement).
• Lead optimization of the ad tech stack with engineering; run structured A/B tests.
• Coordinate with product, UA, data, and creative teams to align monetization with growth.
