Blockchain is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist (Mobile) in Paris to lead mobile user acquisition across major platforms. You will own data-driven campaigns, optimize ROAS, and collaborate with design teams to craft effective ad copy and video scripts.

Proficiency with AppsFlyer and SQL/Looker/Tableau is expected, with experience managing large monthly budgets in crypto/fintech or gaming spaces. The role requires in-office presence four days per week in Paris, with a flexible remote

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Performance/Growth Marketing, mobile app growth focus.
• Expert working knowledge of AppsFlyer.
• Proven success in ROAS-focused campaign optimization.
• Experience managing monthly budgets exceeding USD 300k.
• Extensive experience managing Google, Meta, ASA, and TikTok campaigns.
• Fluency in professional and technical English.
• Experience in Crypto, Fintech or Gaming industries.

Responsabilités

• Hands-on creation, optimization, and scaling of campaigns across Google, Meta, ASA, TikTok and other channels.
• Relentlessly focus on maximizing ROAS and efficient mobile UA targets.
• Serve as the expert user for AppsFlyer ensuring data integrity and attribution.
• Manage the creative process with design/creative teams and generate ad copy/video scripts.
• Utilize AI tools for copy creation, campaign optimization, and performance analysis.
• Deep understanding of mobile ad fraud and prevention tools.
• Ability to self-serve data via SQL/Looker/Tableau.
