RMC BFM Group in Paris seeks an Apprenticeship Growth Marketing Project Specialist to join its Growth Marketing team. You will drive user acquisition, retention and engagement while supporting digital performance management and analytics.

Under cross-functional collaboration with Product, Platforms and SEO teams, you will develop dashboards, measure campaigns and implement growth levers such as SEA and ASO to boost visibility and engagement across media offerings.

Responsabilités

• Digital Performance Management: Analyze and monitor performance across platforms (websites, apps, CTV) and verticals (publishing, streaming).
• Develop tools and dashboards to track objectives and KPIs (audience, engagement, acquisition, retention).
• Measure the impact of initiatives and provide reports and in-depth analyses to business teams.
• Audience Development & Acquisition: Propose growth strategies with cross-functional teams (Product, Platforms, SEO, Technology).
• Implement app growth levers like SEA and ASO; monitor campaigns for traffic and app growth.
• ASO and app visibility: Improve app store listings with keywords, visuals and descriptions; identify new growth opportunities.
