Job summary

Treatwell is seeking a high-velocity Marketing Lead to supercharge our B2B growth across 14 markets. You will manage a team of marketers and align with central and local Supply teams to turn our SaaS products into a trusted partner for beauty professionals and a revenue engine for Treatwell.

You will drive multi-SaaS marketing strategy, lead generation, and upsell initiatives with CRM and Product, while collaborating closely with Sales and market leads.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Marketing experience in the Tech sector (mandatory).
• Exposure to SaaS ecosystems is a strong plus.
• Experience leading a small marketing team across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

• Multi-SaaS marketing strategy: guarantee efficient SaaS marketing execution and flawless GTM for feature releases across 14 countries.
• Lead Gen: drive B2B acquisition funnels across non-performance channels by building and scaling new growth channels.
• SaaS revenue engine: partner with CRM and Product teams to orchestrate upsell strategies that maximize salon lifetime value.
• Partner trust: establish Treatwell as the undisputed, most trusted partner for salons globally.
• Team Leadership & Orchestration: lead a small team of marketers and align across central teams and local market leads.
