Job summary

Treatwell is seeking a senior Tech Marketing and Operations leader to scale in-store branding and the Ambassador program across 95,000+ partners. You will collaborate with Product/Tech and local Supply teams to deploy scalable initiatives and drive salon engagement across multiple markets.

With 6+ years in Tech Marketing, you will manage large-scale physical and digital rollouts and align stakeholders across international teams.

Qualifications

6+ years in Tech Marketing, with Supply experience a plus.
Operational excellence in large-scale physical and digital rollouts.
Experience coordinating across international markets.
Ability to inspire salon partners and work with central Tech teams.
Fluency in English; other European languages a plus.

Responsibilities

In-Store Visibility: Build, deploy, and scale Treatwell’s in-store branding and Welcome Pack across 95k+ partners, coordinating with Tech and local Supply teams.
B2B Ambassador Program: Design and scale a high-impact B2B Ambassador network across all markets to showcase Treatwell’s value.
Reputation & Competitive Shield: Leverage local visibility and partner advocacy to strengthen market reputation and win against local competition.
Cross-Functional Delivery: Coordinate with Product/Tech for enablement and local Supply/Sales teams for deployment and salon engagement.
