Job summary

Treatwell is seeking a B2B Brand Manager to lead its B2B brand strategy across Europe. You will craft campaigns, content, experiences and stories that resonate with salon partners and drive growth in a multi-market environment.

You’ll own advocacy programs, oversee European events and trade shows, and partner with local teams to activate market-specific initiatives, measuring impact and continually improving messaging.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in B2B brand marketing across marketplaces, tech/SaaS, beauty, hospitality or partner-led models.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and messaging.
• Experience turning strategy into integrated marketing activities across paid/owned/earned and offline channels.
• Proven track record building ambassador or community programs.
• Experience delivering events and trade shows across European markets.
