Job summary

Treatwell is seeking a brilliant PR Manager to lead European PR strategy and manage an agency network across consumer, industry and corporate communications. You will translate global stories into locally relevant moments and work closely with local teams to build credibility in the hair and beauty space.

As part of the Global Brand team, you’ll drive campaigns, cultural moments and thought leadership while strengthening Treatwell’s reputation among beauty customers and salon professionals

Qualifications

• Significant experience in PR or communications.
• Experience leading communications across multiple European markets.
• Strong relationships across consumer, beauty, business, technology or trade media.
• Excellent writing, editing and storytelling abilities.
• Ability to turn data and product stories into human narratives.

Responsibilities

• Lead our European PR strategy across markets and brands.
• Manage agency network and local-market activation with clear briefs and KPIs.
• Turn global stories into locally relevant moments for diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Social, Content and Creative teams to maximize earned media.
• Protect and grow Treatwell's reputation across consumer, B2B and industry media.
