Jobtailor is seeking an intern/recruitment assistant to support Prestige and Niche brands. The role involves writing job postings, sourcing talent, screening applications and conducting interviews, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

You will manage internship agreements, coordinate group recruitment sessions and assist with employee engagement projects. Fluency in French and English, and a Master’s in HR are preferred.

Formación

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree, ideally in HR.
• Completed an initial internship in recruitment or HR.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple topics.

Responsabilidades

• Attract, engage and recruit interns and apprentices for Prestige and Niche brands.
• Write and publish job postings and develop sourcing strategies to identify top talent.
• Screen applications, conduct recruitment interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Provide a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
• Manage internship agreements, apprenticeship contracts, digital onboarding and OPCO invoicing.
• Support internship follow-up meetings and group feedback sessions.
• Organize company events and social activities for interns and apprentices.
• Coordinate group recruitment sessions and improve the recruitment journey.
• Collaborate with managers, HR stakeholders, candidates and external partners.
• Contribute to HR projects related to employee engagement, communications and learning.
