LVMH Group in Paris offers an exciting internship in talent engagement, focusing on next-generation graduates and early-career professionals. You will help deploy programs, design learning initiatives, and support talent reviews across regions in a fast-paced luxury environment.

The role combines project management, stakeholder coordination, and events with a strong emphasis on PowerPoint storytelling. Fluency in English is essential, French is a plus, and you will join a diverse team in Paris

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Master 2 program.
• Fluent in English; French at least intermediate.
• Strong PowerPoint storytelling and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Support SPRING LVMH Graduate Programs deployment and career management.
• Design and implement learning initiatives and events across regions.
• Assist Talent reviews and talent pooling initiatives.
• Coordinate stakeholders and ambassadors’ communities across Maisons.
• Collaborate with external and internal service providers to ensure deliveries on time.
• Shadow daily team activities: project management, budget tracking, reporting and KPI tracking.
