Jobtailor, Paris-based internship program, is seeking a Master’s student in HR/communication to join its Campus Management team. You will support recruitment of interns and work-study students, help posting vacancies, screen applications, and coordinate Campus Ambassadors and events across sites.

You will develop relationships with schools, maintain tracking tools, monitor KPIs, and contribute to content creation for students and career fairs, while learning HR development and employer branding

Qualifications

• Master's student in a business school with a specialization in HR, employer branding, or communication.
• Strong interest in recruitment, school relations, and HR development.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational sense, and autonomy.
• Interest in communication, digital tools, and social media.
• Excellent writing skills, analytical mindset, ability to structure and prioritize.
• Previous HR or campus management experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support the recruitment of interns and work-study students
• Assist tutors in posting vacancies on our platforms
• Participate in screening and pre-qualifying applications according to the tutor’s needs
• Update job postings on our platforms
• Monitor and coordinate Campus Management activities
• Maintain and keep tracking tools up to date
• Track key performance indicators
• Contribute to reviews and the continuous improvement of implemented actions
• Develop school relationships and partnerships
• Maintain and strengthen existing school partnerships
• Act as a direct point of contact for schools
• Ensure follow-up and continuity of activities over time
• Coordinate the Campus Ambassadors program
• Support the launch and ongoing management of the Ambassadors program
• Help create content targeted at students
• Contribute to the preparation of career fairs and events with schools
• Organize monthly events and coordinate events across our sites
