Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated luxury shopping experience in our Serris store. You will meet personal and store sales goals, support daily store operations, and blend luxury service with omni-channel selling.

The role requires at least 1 year in luxury retail, POS proficiency, strong English, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You’ll build client relationships, use social tools, and contribute to a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, live-stream shopping or video demos (preferred).
• Strong English language proficiency for EU.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain high energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Complete daily operational tasks (cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising).
• Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and stocked; follow policies and procedures.
• Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
• Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves, and manage product movement.
• Assist teammates in functional areas as required.
• Foster a collaborative, trust-based environment; encourage team performance.
