Job summary

Coach at Serris is seeking a driven Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience while meeting store goals. You will engage clients with styling advice, manage transactions, and participate in omni-channel selling to boost loyalty and revenue.

The role requires at least 1 year in luxury retail, strong English, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A passion for fashion and social media engagement is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, clienteling and data acquisition skills (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow the Guide to Style and Service.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Support daily store operations including cash wrap, replenishment, and merchandising.
