Coach, a leading luxury fashion house, is seeking a Sales Associate in the Île-de-France region. You will deliver an elevated shopping experience, meet personal and store goals, and support daily store operations across omni‑channel channels.

The role blends luxury service with cross‑selling, clienteling, and teamwork to drive brand loyalty and revenue. Key responsibilities include brand representation, building client relationships, utilizing mobile POS, and achieving KPIs.

Formación

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Strong English proficiency; knowledge of fashion trends a plus.
• Experience with POS, iPad/laptop, mobile POS and price sheets.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; social media savvy a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style standards.
• Build long-lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales via cross‑selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop personal sales plans and meet KPIs for individuals and team.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor; manage multiple customers and adapt selling approaches.
• Complete daily operations: cash wrap, inventory, replenishment and visual merchandising.
• Keep floor and stockroom organized; follow policies and asset protection rules.
• Process transactions including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online pickups.
• Support inventory cycles: receive shipments and move product as needed.
• Assist teammates in various areas and foster a collaborative environment.
• Participate in brand initiatives, training, and inclusion activities.
