Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to provide a personalized luxury shopping experience in our Vélizy-Villacoublay store. You will meet personal and store sales goals, support daily operations, and collaborate with the team to drive brand loyalty.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in luxury retail, strong English, POS proficiency, and a passion for fashion. You will engage customers across channels, including live demos and social selling, while maintaining high standards of service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Luxury retail background with social media savvy and live-stream shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador adhering to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling, product knowledge and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
• Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales; support inventory and merchandising tasks.
