Coach is a global fashion house seeking a Sales Associate in Lille to deliver an elevated shopping experience and meet store goals. You will support daily store operations and omni-channel selling, building lasting client relationships and providing fashion guidance.

As a front-line ambassador, you will use POS and social platforms to drive loyalty and revenue, while maintaining high energy and professional demeanor in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of luxury retail sales experience
• Experience with POS and mobile POS
• Strong English proficiency
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Luxury retail background and social media savvy
• Live-stream shopping or video demos experience (preferred)
• English proficiency for EU

Aufgaben

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain sales floor and assist with inventory and merchandising.
