Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a personalized luxury shopping experience at our Lille store. You will meet personal and store sales goals, support daily store operations, and contribute to brand loyalty through omni-channel selling and clienteling.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ years in luxury retail, strong English, and familiarity with POS systems and social media-driven sales. Flexible schedule and team collaboration are important.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Experience with POS operation and mobile devices.

Responsabilités

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow the Guide to Style and Service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Use POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop personal sales plans and meet KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Complete daily operational tasks (cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, merchandising).
• Process transactions efficiently and support inventory cycles.
