Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in Serris to deliver elevated, personalized shopping experiences and support daily store operations. You will contribute to sales goals, build lasting client relationships, and collaborate with the team to uphold luxury standards.

Applicants should have 1+ years in luxury retail, strong English, and comfort with POS systems and social/video initiatives. Flexible scheduling and an inclusive environment are part of the role.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Luxury retail background and social media/video experience (preferred).
• Strong English language proficiency for EU.

Responsabilités

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow style/service standards.
• Build client relationships through styling, product knowledge, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage purchases.
• Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs.
• Support daily store operations and inventory routines.
• Maintain an organized, visually appealing selling floor and stockroom.
• Process transactions including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online pickups.
• Participate in brand initiatives and training programs.
