Responsibilities

• Front office — guest welcome and client service: greet private clients with elegance and professionalism; support lunches, dinners, tastings and appointments; ensure appearance and attention to detail in every interaction.
• Back office — appointment preparation: assist with client visits in coordination with the Private Apartment Manager and Ambassador; arrange bottles, decanting, amenities and visual merchandising for each appointment.
• Apartment operations: support day-to-day needs, including stationery and IT; manage bottle inflows/outflows after tastings and events; participate in inventories and their preparation.
