Moët Hennessy in Paris seeks a Private Apartment Intendant to ensure luxury hospitality, seamless client service, and impeccable private appointments. You will uphold high standards and privacy while coordinating every detail of client experiences.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, preparing visits with the Private Apartment Manager, coordinating bottles and staging, and supporting day-to-day operations to deliver an outstanding client journey in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Luxury hospitality mindset and high-end service expectations.
• Professional presentation and client-facing etiquette.
• Discretion and privacy in handling client information.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple appointments.
• Rigorous inventory, invoicing support and administrative tracking.
• Collaborative work with internal teams and external providers.
• Adaptability to last-minute changes and priorities.
• Clear, polished communication in French and English is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Front office — guest welcome and client service: welcome private clients with elegance and professionalism; support lunches, dinners, tastings, appointments; ensure appropriate appearance and attention to detail in interactions.
• Back office — appointment preparation: assist in preparing client visits with the Private Apartment Manager; coordinate provision of bottles, decanting when required, amenities and staging for each appointment.
• Apartment operations: assist teams with day-to-day needs, inventories, and overall smooth operation of visits.
