Moët Hennessy in Paris seeks a Private Apartment Intendant to ensure luxury hospitality, seamless client service, and impeccable private appointments. You will uphold high standards and privacy while coordinating every detail of client experiences.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, preparing visits with the Private Apartment Manager, coordinating bottles and staging, and supporting day-to-day operations to deliver an outstanding client journey in a luxury setting.

Job responsibilities

The Private Apartment intendant contributes to an impeccable quality of service, in line with the standards of luxury hospitality and MH Private. He or she contributes to the optimal preparation of client appointments, the flawless presentation of the apartment and the smooth running of operations before, during and after each visit.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Front office — guest welcome and client service: welcome private clients with elegance, discretion and professionalism; actively participate to a top notch service for lunches, dinners, tastings, appointments, ensure the appropriate appearance, posture and attention to detail in every client interaction;
• Back office — appointment preparation: help to prepare client visits in coordination with the Private Apartment Manager and Ambassador; participates to organizing the provision of bottles, decanting when required, amenities and all elements contributing to the client experience; contributes to the appropriate staging and visual merchandising for each appointment.
• Apartment operations : support the teams with day‑to‑day operational needs, including stationery, IT and miscellaneous equipment; participates to bottle inflows and outflows following tastings and events; participate in biannual inventories and their preparation.
