Job summary

Martell Mumm Perrier-Jouët is seeking an experienced guest services manager to uphold the brand's prestigious hospitality at the house and during external events. You will welcome guests, supervise receptions, tastings, and room setups, and ensure flawless service in line with luxury standards.

You will manage housekeeping quality with external contractors, schedule staff, oversee wine cellar stock, and serve as the link between kitchen, service, and clients.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in F&B and luxury/high-end environments.
• Experience in management and team leadership.
• Attention to detail, organisation and customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, ensure comfort during their stay.
• Organize and supervise setup and service for receptions, tastings, and meetings.
• Ensure housekeeping quality and coordinate external contractors to maintain premises.
• Schedule temporary staff, manage wine cellar stock, and coordinate with service providers.
• Act as liaison between kitchen, service teams, and clients; oversee wine service during events.
• Propose improvements to guest reception experiences and ensure compliance with safety standards.
