Church’s in Paris is seeking an In-Store Artisan to deliver an exceptional boutique experience and act as a Brand Ambassador for the luxury brand. You will guide customers through Made to Order and Made to Measure services, repairs, and personalized requests, ensuring timely delivery and high standards of craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in footwear repair, care, restoration, or customization.
• Strong knowledge of traditional shoemaking techniques and leather care.
• Ability to provide personalization and bespoke services in retail.
• Excellent craftsmanship with meticulous attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel between stores and attend external events.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Made to Order and Made to Measure workflows from consultation to factory follow-up.
• Deliver Finger Polishing service and manage related transactions with boutique team.
• Aim to meet repair conversion targets and ensure warranty resolution.
• Assist with customer engagement, retention, and sales opportunities.
• Maintain documentation for repairs and customisation requests.
