Responsabilités

• Place the customer at the center, delivering excellent service in line with the client journey ceremony.
• Capture customer data in the CRM to connect and build future opportunities.
• Embrace and promote the Omni Channel mindset.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent, exceptional in-store experience.
• Welcome and serve customers with outstanding service at all times.
• Cross-sell across departments to maximize sales and hit KPIs.
• Stay up-to-date with fashion trends and competitors.
• Demonstrate brand and product knowledge.
• Resolve customer complaints by liaising with the manager when needed.
• Maintain shop floor and stock procedures to high standards.
• Contribute to security and prevent product theft.
