Maison Christian Louboutin is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to manage service delivery and relationship building for the Paris perimeter. You will ensure timely responses, expert product knowledge, and high standards of client experience across stores, wholesale partners, and ecommerce channels.

You will develop detailed knowledge of all products and craftsmanship, liaise with internal teams, and support stock and inventory processes while maintaining a luxury, service-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• University/B.A. degree.
• At least 2 years of working experience in Customer Service.
• Strong clientelling skills to build and maintain an engaging long term professional and loyal relationship.
• English required; other languages appreciated.
• Luxury communication style and guideline respect.
• Willingness to learn about technical and craftmanship aspects of shoes/leather goods.

Responsabilités

• Follow and monitor all C&R requests and processes for the dedicated perimeter.
• Collect, conduct product inspections and provide relevant recommendations per guidelines.
• Elaboration and follow up of quotations for customers’ validation while respecting policy.
• Ensure consistency and efficiency with Customer Repair Services within the business.
• Provide excellent customer experience across channels and build strong client relationships.
• Liaise with boutiques, wholesale partners, E-Commerce, and other stakeholders to maintain service levels.
• Monitor C&R KPIS and assist line manager with reports as needed.
• Coordinate with quality and warehouse teams for stock and repair flows.
• Undertake other relevant duties as may be requested.
