Qualifications

• Passion for selling luxury goods and stores.
• Ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ambition, resilience, self-motivation and problem solving.
• Passion and knowledge of the product category.

Responsabilités

• Place the Customer at the center, create a welcoming environment and meet their needs with excellent service.
• Capture Customer data into the CRM to connect with the client and develop relationships.
• Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
• Work as a team and maintain open communication to ensure an exceptional experience.
• Welcome and serve customers, providing an outstanding in-store experience.
• Cross-sell with departments to maximize sales and achieve targets.
• Stay up-to-date with fashion trends and brand/product knowledge.
• Resolve complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.
• Maintain shop floor and displays to a high standard following guidelines.
• Contribute to security and prevent product thefts.
