Qualifications

• Proven experience in footwear repair and restoration.
• Experience in luxury footwear retail preferred.
• Ability to perform Made‑to‑Order and bespoke services.
• Excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee repair process and documentation.
• Manage Made‑to‑Order and Made‑to‑Measure workflows.
• Deliver Finger Polishing and other services.
• Drive repair conversions and customer loyalty.
• Travel between stores for events and external locations.
• Support CRM and client engagement.
