Mandarin Oriental Paris is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and guest comfort. You will supervise a team to deliver a flawless and memorable experience for every guest.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent communication in French and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position in a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with both guests and colleagues.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the housekeeping team to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure they meet the hotel’s standards.
• Assist in training and developing housekeeping staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
• Provide leadership and motivation to the team, ensuring efficiency and a positive work environment.
• Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standard, including replenishing amenities and linens.
• Respond to guest requests or complaints regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and maintain the inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and other housekeeping materials, ensuring stock levels are adequate.
• Assist in scheduling staff shifts and coordinating resources to meet daily operational needs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and hotel policies.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
