Mandarin Oriental Paris is seeking a Room Service Supervisor to join its Room Service Team. Based at the Paris hotel, the Supervisor will oversee all operational aspects of a shift, ensure timely delivery of guest orders, and maintain the In-Room Dining area under senior management guidance.

The ideal candidate has a hospitality diploma, two years of experience as Chef de Rang, fluent English, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills to lead the team and collaborate with kitchen,

Qualifications

• Hospitality diploma required.
• 2 years experience as Chef de Rang or similar role.
• Fluent English is required.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proactive and enthusiastic attitude.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and manage all operational aspects of a shift in Room Service.
• Ensure guest orders are delivered efficiently and timely.
• Maintain an organized In-Room Dining area under management guidance.
• Coordinate with kitchen, reception and housekeeping departments.
• Supervise the room service team and assist the Manager.
