Jobtailor in Limoges is seeking a logistics planner to organize and optimize technician schedules, manage client communications by phone and email, and ensure service continuity across the field team.

You will handle routing, data entry, and use Excel to improve planning accuracy, collaborating with clients to negotiate time frames and meet expectations. A Bac to Bac+2 in logistics and at least one year of planning experience is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bac to Bac+2 qualification in logistics or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 1 year of experience in planning, scheduling, logistics, or supply chain.
• Ability to efficiently organize routes while considering field constraints and optimize travel.

Responsabilités

• Organize and optimize technician schedules based on qualifications, appointment duration, and geographic constraints.
• Manage client communications by phone and email
• Answer incoming calls and take orders
• Propose appointment dates and negotiate time frames
• Handle day-to-day unexpected issues and quickly find solutions to maintain service continuity
• Collect information from clients to facilitate technicians’ interventions
• Enter and update data in the company’s systems
• Optimize routes, meet client expectations, and ensure field team satisfaction
