Qualifications

• BTS GPME or equivalent (associate-level qualification in SME management).
• Experience in a similar environment is an asset.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent listening skills and ability to respond to stakeholders’ needs.
• Strong organizational and methodical approach.
• Ability to manage priorities and maintain rigorous file follow-up.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable using IT tools, with the ability to quickly adapt to software and ERP systems.
• Ability to persuade and communicate effectively with clients and technical teams.

Responsabilités

• Manage and administer assigned projects and client relationships by phone.
• Schedule technicians for assignments based on qualifications, areas of expertise, and times.
• Initiate and monitor interventions by internal subcontractors with coordination across departments.
• Negotiate and explain intervention timelines to clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare client schedules and ensure optimal scheduling for timely interventions.
• Maintain rigorous file follow-up and manage priorities to satisfy clients.
