Jobtailor is seeking a scheduling and logistics coordinator in the Île-de-France region to plan schedules and routes for a team of technicians, balancing expertise and service times to maximize efficiency. You will coordinate with customers by phone and email, explain service timelines, and optimize routes, contributing to high customer satisfaction and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum two-year post-secondary qualification in SME Management, logistics, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in scheduling, operations planning, logistics, or supply chain
• Strong scheduling and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with IT tools and ERP systems.
• Self‑motivated and proactive.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously while prioritizing tasks and responding to urgent matters.

Responsabilités

• Plan the schedules and routes of approximately ten technicians based on their specialties, qualifications, and service times
• Optimize technicians’ travel routes
• Manage customer relations by phone and email
• Negotiate and explain service timelines to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Handle incoming calls from technicians and provide them with the information required for their assignments
• Contribute to the overall satisfaction of all stakeholders
